1- Not knowing anything about this film and forgetting its existence among Wes Anderson’s film (this was a box office failure), decided in giving it a watch after viewing Anderson’s other animated film The Fantastic Mr. Fox. Isle of Dogs is largely different and not as great.

2- The animation is similar but the story is quite dull and slow paced. It isn’t terrible but not nearly as good as the reviews are claiming. Somewhat predictable and doesn’t grab the attention as Mr. Fox did. Quite surprised at its high rating (7.8 IMDB).
